It can be difficult to bring together motivated community members and choose a course of action. Keeping members inspired, following up with superiors, etc. are a few examples. As a co-lead in the creation of the Working Group, the difficulties encountered, obstacles to be conquered, and future challenges will be analysed. ### Biography Emma Kidney has been part of Red Hat’s Community Platform Engineering team since 2021.
