Open Table (Town Hall) > [name=All] - **Participants:** - Chaos - Likecookies - Ovan - Svetska - Yudjinn - Car - **Host:** Svetska ::: ## Notes  - Delayed till Sep 28th, might get delayed again - Our goal is to take Everfall asap - Theres a method to skip the tutorial that most of us will likely do. - After getting the shield from the captain, you can go to settings>skip tutorial - We are planning to scrap and remake players until we land in Everfall - Use it (Everfall) as your primary vault - Likely wont be a company-shared bank in game, instead we are going to use a manual bank [here](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1m0j40zoUJ2M1sudgNcnHplEnR2Jiu3oGTmcLk3BZMqI/edit?usp=sharing) and using the Discord #deposit and #withdrawal channel - Money is a huge problem, at least early game. So getting enough money to buy the settlement - For accountability, we can keep a ledger for this - Should we have a treasurer that handles the transactions? - Life staff is rumored to be majorly nerfed (which ruins hatchet/ls for leveling) - Stat attributes are not free after lvl 20, weapon attributes WERE free in beta, but may change - Dont let azoth cap, it becomes hard to get end-game - Bottled azoth can be sold on AH, so store it - needed for crafting - End-game quests are impossible to do solo, so take your time and try to pace with the req'd lvl the quest states - Town-hall quests are still going to be great - Signup available to pick your desired class role (DPS/Heal/Tank) and is available in the "Role" tab of the Company Bank spreadsheet - This does not stick you into this specific class it can be changed. - Alliances And Mergers - We likely wont align with anyone for now; likely will need to consider in the future - We have received a lot of people reaching out to align with us already, but we dont see a reason to do so now. - Mergers are a no-go. Only possibility we see is absorbing another company that is dissolving - Some cross-faction alliances might be possible - Do we see value in having day1 groups of people that quest/grind together? - Setting up healer/tank/dps trio - Might be valuable for the people aiming to be healers to spec into aoe mage (ice gaunt/fire staff) as a secondary weapon to keep their xp gains viable when solo questing - Will likely be a HUGE help in end game when you have to grind for gear - PvP is kinda req'd in this game, and flagging is an xp boost - We saw the server mostly synd and maur, but it may change on launch - Siege times are hard to play around, so availability is obviously the dominating factor to who is in wars - Current time is 7PM EST, day is based on who is waging war - On the map, you can see which faction is gaining reputation against the defending faction. Once one of the bars fills, the faction can wage war. The priority to who can wage war goes to the company that contributed the most to flipping the settlement. - We plan on making posts of when we want to make a push to flip an enemy settlement. Once we flip it we can then declare war, and the time is dictated by the defending company's seige time; likely the next day - Looking into tax rates, not sure our approach yet. - Lets keep them fair/average. We can change them every 24 hours, and raising them will help us make money for assaults/town upgrades/etc - Treasurer should also keep tabs on this. We dont want this to turn into a seed of distrust or a way for a few to take advantage - All major spends can be put to a vote - Second town planned is Brightwood - Great next-leveling area, and fits the theme - Maybe Edengrove for a third? - Maybe we should have a Finance group underneath the treasurer for economics and investments - New company logo! (the new one wasnt made in MS Word) :::success ### Reminders - feel free to reach out to consul/gov with anything you'd like to see the company pursue - We want this to feel like a community, first and foremost - All of leadership see our work as more of a civic duty than a hierarchy. We all want to help make this great for everyone. ::: ## Action Items  - [ ] - Allow people to see whats in the bank w/o seeing which player is storing it - [ ] Setup a money tracking system for accountability on the gold being donated (could be a google doc or something internally made that shows transaction history) - [ ] Make a google form for anyone to fill anonymously as a suggestion-box(?) - [ ] Maybe setup a group to build out some tooling for the company (see company bank/money tracking)
