# Preparing to participate in our Final Event
This document contains a template to help you prepare to showcase your project.
:::info
**Why we encourage you to present your work using this template?**
- This template helps you **present** your project, **showcase** your progress, and **share** the lessons you've learned about FAIR research software development in a very simple way.
- By making your project public, you immediately have a link that can be shared with others who are interested in knowing more about your project and provide feedback.
**How you can help us by joining the final event?**
Our main role as a DCC is to offer support to researchers who want to improve their software and data mananagement practices. Your participation will provide us feedback with which we can improve our services. By joining and showcasing your work, you help us and other researchers at TU Delft.

**Tip**: A presentation shouldn't take more than 10 minutes. Use this template to guide your presentation, you can literally copy-paste this template to a hackmd and use it to guide your presentation. **There's no need to create slides.** This will also allow you to make it shareable so that people can later see it. **The most important resource will be the link to your git repository.**

## Feedback for the FAIR4RS program
:::success
This FAIR4RS is a [**pilot program**](https://hackmd.io/@fair4rs/H1v_yGGg2) to bridge the gap between learning and applying the FAIR principles to research software. The questions below are meant to give you an idea about the discussion we would like to have on the relevance and effectiveness of this program. We will later send a survey with more specific questions.
:::
After your presentations, we would like to discuss the some of the following questions with you.
- What is your general impression about the program as a service to support/help researchers that have a need to improve their software quality?
- What content was useful and changed your approach to research software for the better?
- What activities and excercises did you find useful?
- What could be improved content wise?
- What could be improved on the activities and scheduling side?
- What were your expectations before the program? Were they met?
