# What to do about FAC28?
---

---
Only 4 employers have confirmed so far.

Oh! Hold on...

---
OK. Only ~~4~~ **3** employers have confirmed so far.
---
That's 5 apprenticeships (including FAC apprentices) for 16 candidates.
:exploding_head:

## What to do about it?
---
The FAC28 Foundation was not a Skills Bootcamp. That means we can use Skills Bootcamp funding to keep FAC28 learning!
---
There are three options I can think of.
---
### Option 1: Full-time for 12 weeks
for anyone who can afford it.
---
### Option 2: Run a part-time programme
covering the first 6 weeks of the apprenticeship curriculum over 12 weeks. This will require some additional support from us. Fortunately, we will have four apprentices to support us.
---
### Option 3: Full-time for 6 weeks
and then drop down to part-time, for those that can take some time off work, but not 12 weeks.
---
I am not sure that we can offer all of these options, because a group of less than four is not really viable, but Options 1+2 or 1+3 could work.
---
This will allow us to spend Skills Bootcamp funding without having to accept 24 new people onto the Foundation next term and will provide us all some breathing room while we attempt to grow our employer network.
---
That's it.
