--- The high growth in software jobs between 2011 and 2021 has come to an end and it is not clear when that kind of growth will resume again. ---  --- That does not mean there are no software jobs out there and that there is no point in re-training as a developer. In many ways, now is an exciting time to enter the industry. --- But landing a first role has become harder. The bar is higher. It will probably take longer than in the recent past. --- In response, our Software Foundation will now be a one-year, one-day-a-week programme. --- The new format and curriculum will be both broader and deeper than our previous offerings, while also allowing participants to continue working alongside the programme. --- The new programme will run all day on Mondays at Space4 and will start in February (exact date to be confirmed). --- Any questions?
