# Response to last inspection
---
## Important note
##### Our two teams have different modes of delivery, appropriate to the level of programme, and collect and manage data separately.
---
### At Level 4
##### We make extensive use of AirTable, which has been our data collection tool of choice for several years.
---
### At Level 7
##### Since Ofsted last visited, we have been developing a new platform in-house. It is still in active development and is not yet ready to roll out more widely.
---
## *"What progress have leaders and managers made in..."*
---
> *1. "working more closely with employers to individualise the curriculum for each apprentice, including taking into consideration apprentices’ English and mathematics skills?*
---

###### At Level 4, we have worked with Hackney Council to add a new 3-week training block in .NET technologies.
---
##### We have also introduced a separate learning track for some of the Hackney apprentices who needed extra support to get up to speed with the curriculum.
---

###### Learners complete functional skills training early (you are also talking to apprentices that predate this approach).
---

###### At Level 7, we individualise the curriculum through our menu of options.
---

###### We ask employers what topics would be helpful for their product roadmap.
---

###### We assess English and maths during our application process. Mathematics is a significant part of our preparatory course and technical interview.
---
##### And we provide one-on-one maths tutoring with our research engineer and educator, a mathematics PhD, who also teaches at King's College London.
---
> *2. "training facilitators to teach apprentices effectively and check apprentices’ understanding?*"
---

###### At Level 4, we now have a comprehensive training pack and induction process for all incoming classroom facilitators.
---

###### At Level 7, we have an expert delivery team and run a fortnightly quality improvement and planning session. We record our teaching and watch our “game tape”.
---
> 3. "monitoring more closely apprentices’ progress and providing timely and expert support to help more apprentices finish their apprenticeship and achieve their qualifications?"
---

###### At Level 4, we run learning impact meetings weekly, where we check progress across several metrics and agree actions.
---

###### And QAR's have improved from 47% in 22/23 to 85% in 23/24.
---

###### At Level 7, We check apprentice’s understanding through exercises and feedback on our platform.
---

###### And we monitor progress against KSBs through our platform and progress reviews. Everything is tracked and recorded.
---
> 4. "setting clearer expectations for, and improve their monitoring of, apprentices’ attendance so that a high proportion of apprentices attend their training sessions?"
---

###### At Level 4, we maintain a register of apprentice attendance at all activities.
---

###### At Level 7, we set attendance expectations through our monthly report and progress reviews.
---

###### And we track workshop attendance through a register. Online learning is automatically tracked through our platform.
