###### Apprenticeships
We build motivation through the application process with meetups, projects and workshops, along with funded programmes in collaboration with local authorities and the DWP.

### 2. Foundation programme

###### Apprenticeships
We follow an *"accelerated apprenticeship"* model, where 50% of the training is completed before the start of the apprenticeship, ensuring that candidates reach a high degree of competence before interviewing with employers.

### 3. Apprenticeships
Full-time in-person block training in the first 6 weeks followed by weekly check-ins and monthly one-day workshops on a variety of topics.
---
## Key elements of our approach
---
1. In person
2. Project based
3. Learning in groups
4. Mastering the material
5. Adaptability
---
### 1. In person
We are not fans of online learning. Where possible, programmes are in-person.
---
### 2. Project based
Learning proceeds through a series of projects of increasing complexity.
---
### 3. Learning in groups
Projects, individual and group presentations, tutorials, group discussions, and group crits.
---
### 4. Mastering the material
As a complement to group learning, we set time aside for self-paced mastery learning. We use third party platforms and are also developing our own.
---
### 5. Adaptability
Juniors need to know enough to be useful, which means learning one thing well, but they also need to be adaptable, to pick new things up quickly.
