--- # Founders programme Clarifications and changes. --- 1. Apply in pairs. You will need to support each other. This is not a programme for individuals. --- 2. Your base salary will ~~£832~~ ***£1,000*** per month for a 30-hour week. --- 3. ~~Anything you earn as a developer~~ ***Any work we successfully bid for together under the FAC umbrella*** over the length of the apprenticeship will be split with FAC 50/50 ***after other costs are accounted for*** and added to your base salary ***up to a total average salary of £2,000 per month***. --- 4. ***Total earnings on average above £2,000 per month will be split 60/40 in your favour (and we will cover Employer's NI, 9% of the total)***. --- 5. ***We will support you to identify and bid for work, in particular public sector tenders, starting with local authorities in London***. --- 6. It is very important to us that you complete your apprenticeship, which is a 14-month commitment. Please do not apply if you don't think you can commit to this. --- ***However, if at any time after 6 months you are not happy with your progress, we will make every effort to transfer your apprenticeship to another employer and you are welcome to start applying for other jobs***. --- ***These differences mean that if things don't go well, you have a get out; if they go well, it's no different than before; and if they go very well, you will reap more of the benefits***. --- ## Questions from the floor --- 1. There is no time limit for applications, but it would probably not be sensible for us to do this with more than one pair of founders. We will notify you all if and when we get an application and give you 24 hours before closing applications. --- 2.
