--- # A bit of history --- **2013** British Library <img src="https://hackmd.io/_uploads/HJslXubfa.jpg" width="100%"/> A series of study groups on a wide range of subjects, including game theory, cryptography and statistics. --- **2014** Camden Town <img src="https://hackmd.io/_uploads/r1hj6w-z6.jpg" width="100%"/> Camden Collective gave us a temporary home and Founders and Coders was born. --- **2015** Globe Town <img src="https://hackmd.io/_uploads/Hy3sTPWGT.jpg" width="100%"/> We moved East and made our first attempt to set up a co-operative digital agency. --- **2016** Nazareth <img src="https://hackmd.io/_uploads/rJnjavWf6.jpg" width="100%"/> We partnered with the British Embassy in Tel Aviv to open our first campus in the Middle East. --- **2017** Gaza  We partnered with US NGO Mercy Corps to open a coding academy in Gaza City. --- **2018** Finsbury Park  We moved to Space4 (the old one). --- **2020** Lockdown  We made the most of online learning. We also joined the Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers. --- **2023** Virtual reality and AI  We introduced VR, started an AI apprenticeship, and hired our own apprentices for the first time. --- **2025** Big changes all around  Job market and funding challenges, ever changing curriculum. Hugely entertaining, if not very profitable.
