# HYBRID MODEL

- **Material para Knowledge (videos, doc, etc...)** - Producción por happines team
- **Material learning (grabaciones live de las facilitaciones)** - Producción a cargo de facilitador o programa educativo.
- No es responsabilidad del equipo Hybrid Model (HM) co-facilitar las clases, workshops....

## PROTOCOLO GENERAL
0. Define digital infrastructure for knowlage
* Based on Interaction models
2. Design and strategic explotation plan (Kate)
3. (Todos) Planning mensual de la carga de trabajo
5. (Todos) Definir espacios de shooting y adecuarlos.
* Textile room (Hands on activities)
* Code room (videoconference and digital workshop)
7. Definir facilitador y co-facilitador(responsabilidad del instructor o coordinador del programa educativo).

9. Coordinar con equipo Hybrid Model (HM), necesidades técnicas, espacio y localización.
10. Coordinar con Mikel y Luciana si no hay colisiones con el dia a dia del lab.
11. Formación técnica HM a facilitador y co-facilitador

* Definir modelo pedagógico
## EQUIPMENT PROTOCOL

In order to keep track of it so gets lost or forgotten somewhere, we are stablishing a "book/tracking systems spreadsheet" that likely will be provisional until further platform or system is established.
There is a lot of technical equipment that might be difficult to know what is for, we completely understand and we are working on a "USE GUIDE" to boost the quality of the content we produce.

1. The equipment is for all the staff only, not for the students.
3. The protocol to follow is that each time you take/borrow some equipment you list it yourself in this spreadsheet and stablish the likely date the equipment will be returned.
4. You need to state the program/proyect for what the equipment will be used and a person responsable of picking it up and returning it.
