# Feisty Verse Summary

# Introduction
We have worked hard on coming up with a game that showcases the true values of the NFD community and also giving a very tangible understanding of what it means to own fractionalized tokens.
The core concept of the game uses 3 key pieces. **Land**, **Heroes**, and **Clans**.
## 1. Land
### 1.1 Intro
Let's first start off with the sizing and the map.
The map is essentially the Feisty Doge image (640x480) -> 307200px
Each pixel is worth 100k NFD. To cover the entire map we will need 30.720.000.000 NFD which is roughly 1/3 of the NFD supply.
This image can transition (zoom in) to a blank grid map, where people can mint land.
The grid map is a blank area sized at 128x96 -> 12288 slots (25:1 zoom)
### 1.2 Minting
Players are able to mint land based on 3 different slot options.
1. **Villages :** 1x1 slot on the grid map, at 2.5M NFD *(roughly .11 ETH current price)*
2. **Towns :** 2x2 slot on the grid map, at 10M NFD *(roughly .45 ETH current price)*
3. **Empires :** 3x3 slot on the grid map, at 22.5M NFD *(roughly 1 ETH current price)*
*Each slot is essentially 5x5 pixels (25px total, based on the 25:1 zoom)*
### 1.3 Staking

#### Staking NFD
Players are able to visit the staking menu and stake any amount of NFD, producing gems hourly with a 0% boost.
If a player mints some land, the NFD used to mint, is now staked on the given land generating an hourly gem income. Different land types will have different income boosts.
- Any type of land can be redeemed, essentially getting your NFD back and losing that land
- Once a type of land is redeemed, it disappears from the grid, allowing another player to mint land there
#### Staking LP tokens
Players are also able to stake their LP tokens for a small gem boost.
#### Staking Land
- Town and Empire owners can stake their land in order to create a clan
- Each clan will have certain member caps that can be upgraded by staking more land
- Villages can not be used to create clans, though they can be staked to increase member capacity
Essentially, each staked land contains X capacity based on the land type. Each staked land can now add/kick members based on that lands capacity.
## 2. Heroes
### 2.1 Intro
The Feisty Doge Heroes are one of the important key pieces that connect Feisty Verse together. Heroes are defined by different class types, rarities, and levels. They also have the ability to venture on quests and help their clan win wars.

The initial release of Feisty Verse includes 16 **Gen 0** heroes which are defined by 4 classes:
**Fire**, **Water**, **Earth**, **Air**, with each class consisting of 2 differently themed partners
### 2.2 Rarities
Each rarity is defined by a color that's seen in the hero's background.
| Rarity | Color | Power | Max Level|
| ------ | ----- |-------|-------|
| Common |Grey |100 |10|
| Uncommon|Green |200 |15|
| Rare |Blue | 500 |20|
| Epic |Purple |1000 |25|
| Legendary|Gold |5000 |30|
*Numbers are for showcase purposes only, not final*
### 2.3 Wars
Each Feisty Doge Hero has a **Power** stat attached to it. Each player will be able to send their heroes for war to contribute towards the total power of their clan.
### 2.4 Quests
Each Hero will be able to go on quests for rewards.
- There are 3 type of quest difficulties: **Easy, Medium, Hard**
- A hero's power defines their success rate on their quest.
- If they're succesful they will earn gems and gain experience towards their next level.
- If they're unsuccesful, the hero will gain no rewards nor experience
### 2.5 Merging
Heroes that belong in the same class and rarity are able to merge into a hero of a higher rarity.
Merging is luck based, and costs gems(based on rarity). If a merge isn't succesful, the player loses their gems and keeps their heroes.
If a merge is complete, the new hero will always start as level 1.
### 2.6 Collectibles
If someone achieves certain collections of heroes, those heroes then gain a small power boost whilst the collection is active.
Collection Types:
1. **Partner Collection:** a player collects its hero's partner
2. **Group Collection:** a player collects all heroes of the same rarity and class
3. **Rarity Collection:** a player collects the same hero in all rarities
4. **Class Collection:** a player collects every hero of a given class
### 2.7 Levels
Heroes that venture on quests or participate in war gain experience, allowing them to level up and increase their power stats.
## 3. Clans
### 3.1 Intro
Here is where the fun begins and all the dots start connecting.
Players who own Towns or Empires are able to form a Clan
Clans are able to go to war with other clans based on a ranked system, where players add their heroes to help increase their clans power.
### 3.2 Ranking System
Clans are ranked based on their league and tier. Example Gold III, where 'Gold'=league, 'III'=tier (I<II<III)
|Leagues |Tiers |
|---------|--------------|
|Bronze |I II III |
|Silver |I II III |
|Gold |I II III |
|Platinum |I II III |
|Diamond |I II III |
|Master |* |
|Champion |* |
### 3.3 Match Making
#### War
During clan wars all members from each clan will be able to see a interactable war menu where they will be able to add their heroes and see the clan stats.
\
*War menu example (visual inspo) that I have in mind is similar to a coinflip website where you would use csgo skins back in the day (reference csgocash)*
On both sides we can have a Hero scrollable list in descending order showing what each clan has added up to now.
***War lasts for 24 hours, giving players enough time to add their heroes***
#### Results
Once the 24 hour war phase ends, a random clan is considered victorious. The war menu will now show the ending results with all the statistics
Within the reports will be the Clan promotion/demotion status
### 3.4 Promotion / Demotion System (regular matchmaking)
Clans will promote / demote based on their last 3 wars following the system bellow:
|Leagues |0 Wins |1 Win |2 Wins |3 Wins |
|---------|--------------|-------------|-------------|-------------|
|Bronze |Unaffected |Unaffected |+1 Tier |+2 Tiers |
|Silver |-1 Tier |Unaffected |+1 Tier |+2 Tiers |
|Gold |-1 Tier |Unaffected |+1 Tier |+2 Tiers |
|Platinum |-1 Tier~ |-1 Tier |+1 Tier |+1 Tier~ |
|Diamond |-1 Tier~ |-1 Tier |+1 Tier |+1 Tier~ |
*Master and Champion will have a special ranking system - TBA*
### 3.5 Clan initial ranking
Clans will start as 'Unranked'
Their initial pool will be vs Unranked and Bronze League.
Based on their first 3 matches, they will be ranked accordingly
### 4. Shop
The shop will include crates that can be opened in order to obtain heroes, costing some gems. Similarly to how CS:GO cases work, crates will resemble generations. Once a new generation of heroes is out, you will no longer be able to purchase older generation crates from the shop, creating a higher demand for older crates.
## Future
### Tournaments
Idea is for tournaments to work around U.S. stock market trading hours
**(9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Eastern time)** but only take place on weekends
*Incentive: most of CT's body clock is already accustomed to these hours. Making tournaments only available on weekends makes Feisty Verse tourneys a great form of entertainment when trading is low*
Each week clans that took place in the weekly tourney, will promote / demote their tier, based on a different ranking system - TBA. Essentially there would be 2 forms of ranked, matchmaking ranking and tournament ranking
*(similar to clash of clans - clan war league method, or league of legends ranked vs clash)*
Tournaments will be in brackets of 8 clans -> X promoted, Y demoted, Z neutral
Will elaborate further in mechanics if something like this is plausible later on.
### Missions
Players will have certain daily missions to complete, such as completing some quests or merging some heroes.
### Pets
Heroes will have pets, that can be nurtured and leveled up. There will also be exclusive drops for pets that can be obtained through quests.
### Crafting
Heroes will also have the ability to equip various items in order to improve their stats via crafting.
### Metaverse
Players will be able to access an interactable 2D animation version of the game, similar to retro games.
