# Washington State Penal Code

> We the people of the *Washing State* adopt this Charter to facilitate relevant and unobtrusive local government. We do so to promote equality before the law, and to enable elected and appointed officers to meet the social, economic and environmental wishes of the People.

## Article I. Powers of the State
> Article 1 "Powers of the State" limit the abilities of the *Washing State* government, alongside ensuring proper structure within the Government and the State. There are a total of *49* districts within Washington State.

#### **Section 101.** The State is mandated to follow federal laws housed by the Constitution, however some changes may be made when deemed phessible by a vote within the House of Representitives and State Board.
- Vote has a required minimum of 1/4 of the House of Representitives and 1/3 of the State Board.

#### **Section 102.** No rights given by the Federal Constitution may be taken away from Citizens, however may be adjusted if reasonable.

#### **Section 103.** Each District within Washington State must have minimum of 2 represpentitive, however maximum of 3.

#### **Section 104.** Each District within Washington State must have minimum of 1 State Board members with a maximum of 2 State Board members.
