IVA for export doesn't exit
IVA for import exits according to the country of destiny.


Refund of IVA is only claimed if we are exporter

## Recommendation
Insure the merchandise either for export or import

Verify if our RUC in SRI allow make importation and exportation

For export or import we need a customs broker and logistic for transport, recommendation that be the same enterprise for solve that.
