# Mass Upload This feature allows users to : * Create packages (Deliveries & MPDS) * Update delivery packages ## How can I create a package? ### 1. Download and fill the .csv template From any screen go to ***Tools*** button and click on **Mass Upload** option ![Driver Management Create](https://s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/aig-express-esp-public-resources/MassUpload/02042019-HMT-UserGuide-MassUpload-Menu.png) On Mass upload screen the user will have 3 template options with different purposes * Create Template * Update Template * Create MPDS Template ![Driver Management Create](https://s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/aig-express-esp-public-resources/MassUpload/02042019-HMT-UserGuide-MassUpload-MenuTemplate.png) To download the ***.csv*** template just click on of them #### Create Template This template allows to create new deliveries (***FDD3*** and ***RDD3***) on HMT by filling the required fields: * Tracking Number * Service Flow (***F*** or ***R***) * Company * Address type (***vendor***, ***customer***, ***company***) ![Driver Management Create](https://s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/aig-express-esp-public-resources/MassUpload/02042019-HMT-UserGuide-WhiteLabel-csv.png) All the other fields are optional #### Update Template This template is used to ***update*** pre-existing packages in HMT by filling the required fields: * Tracking number * Service code * Package status * Company * Package operation * Operation date * Failure reason * Package Size ![Driver Management Create](https://s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/aig-express-esp-public-resources/MassUpload/02042019-HMT-UserGuide-WhiteLabel-csv1.png) #### Create MPDS Template This template will create MPDS (***FCD3***) in HMT and depending on the Customer Service Code chosen by the user it will generate Forward Deliveries to Customer (***FDD3***) or Forward Delivery Pickups (***FDP3***). NOTE: This type of creation cannot be used to create JUMIA packages. The Company name used must be a registered EXC (external client) company. The file has the following fields but not all are mandatory (*): * Tracking number * * Company (only EXC company, JUMIA not allowed) * Customer first name * * Customer last name * Customer street * * Customer street number * Customer city * * Customer phone * * Customer email * * Customer service code * * Vendor first name * * Vendor last name * Vendor street * * Vendor street number * Vendor city * * Vendor phone * * Vendor email * * Payment method * * Amount to collect * (*) Mandatory fields to create MPDS by upload with success ![Driver Management Create](https://s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/aig-express-esp-public-resources/MassUpload/02042019-HMT-UserGuide-WhiteLabel-csv2.png) ![Driver Management Create](https://s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/aig-express-esp-public-resources/MassUpload/02042019-HMT-UserGuide-WhiteLabel-csv3.png) ***Warnings*** 1. A MPDS package created manually will have ***NO*** items 2. If the Forward Delivery (***FDD*** or ***FDP***) sub request is failed it will ***always*** generate a ***RDP4*** service 3. There's no manual option to ***Reverse*** these type of packages 4. The ***Forward Collection*** will not have QC Required 5. The payment method on .csv has to exist previously on HMT 6. The company name on .csv has to exist previously on HMT 7. The order number generated is automatically created using the following structure: WL-000000000001 8. There will be ***NO*** loopbacks to OMS, SellerCenter, Finance or any other system ### 2.
