* what worked well
* we demo'd at technigala, and it went well
* really great reception of Noteaid, along w helpful feedback for fine-tuning it
* we hunted a crazy number of bugs (lots of nice group sessions)
* the time constraint of technigala helped us also incorporate a ton of last minute small design changes
* we were able to build out some nice onboarding
* what didn't
* should have left more time for integration testing after pushing bugfixes (one or two were buggy, and lots of stress)
* A couple stretch features slipped through the cracks (autosave, etc)
* using slack to coordinate instead of imessage :-1:
* self assessment on progress
* where are you in relation to progress towards product and milestones?
* Great! really happy with the product we've created these past couple terms
* It was amazing to see people really excited about our product at technigala and we had some people say they wanna try it out :)
* current week: fix the few bugs found during technigala, write medium article, get to a stretch feature or 2 if time, promote site to friends to see if they like it/would use it!!!
