# Connecting to Digital Pool

## Prerequisites
* EvoSports supported venue
* Digital Pool Bracket created

## Set up
1. Create a Digital Pool Tournament Bracket through their Tournament Builder. On the dashboard, note the tournament ID here:
2. Navigate to the EvoSports venue dashboard for your specific venue. The link will look something like this: `http://dashboard.evosports.live/?venue={venueId}`
3. Under bracket management:
* Check Bracket Enabled
* Select "Digital Pool" as Bracket System
* Fill Bracket ID with the value copied from Digital Pool

4. Click Save

## During Tournament
1. Assign the streaming table to the match on Digital Pool.
**NOTE:** Table number must match the number assigned on EvoSports and be labelled as "Table XX" in Digital Pool where XX is the table number
2. When in the player input screen, a tournament icon will appear. Click the

3. A modal showing the next match will appear. If the match is NOT correct, select "Cancel" and make sure the right match is assigned in Digital Pool to that table. If the match is correct, select "Stream" to start your match

Our software will keep all the scores in Digital Pool up-to-date and update the stream link and recording link for that match. When the match ends, it will complete the match on Digital Pool, however, you will still need to manually set the winner before the player moves on to ensure accuracy.

## Ending Tournament
After the tournament is over. It is important to turn "Bracket Enabled" off on the dashboard.
