## Goals of Event

- Share about this important and interesting technology - Bitcoin.
- Attract more people to contribute to Bitcoin.

## Responsibilities

### Calson

- Keep track of time.
- Gather attendees when event is about to start.
- Let speakers know when time is nearly up, etc.
- Give the Introduction.
- Welcome everyone.
- Explain purpose of event; Bitcoin is important technology. Share about latest developments from people actually doing the groundwork. Hopefully attract more people to contribute.
- Talk about BitDevs Taiwan (and what we do).
- Talk about our venue, say where the toilets are. Say that you can buy snacks, drinks and coffee.
- Thank our sponsor (Mimesis Capital).
- Briefly give the agenda of today's event.
- Announcing the next speaker/event.
- Things to mention: Topic, Speaker's name.
- If the talk finishes early, the extra time is for Q&A.
- Intermission.
- Mention when to the next speaker starts.
- Mention where the toilets are and that you can buy drinks and snacks.
- Panel Talk.
- Ask questions and converse.
- Ending.
- Thank everyone, speakers, sponsor and the staff at The Hive.

- Before the event.
- Propose questions for the panel discussion.
- Preparing the talk.
- Some or most of our audience will have very little Bitcoin technical knowledge. Spend some time talking about the basics.
- Giving the talk.
- Have sections where you ask the audience whether they have any questions.
- If an audience member puts their hand up, let them know you'll give them opportunities to ask questions later on.
