# Nouns Zone - A Space for Nounish Culture, Innovation and Technology

### Concept / TL;DR

Nouns Zone is a nounish physical hub dedicated to the growth of the Nouns values, promoting a culture of innovation, technology, and community-driven projects.

We are partnering with Login Experience - An established gaming hub - to completely redesign their massive space into a Nouns landmark dedicated to the values and vision that Nouns pushes forward.

The venue is divided into several distinct areas, each tailored to foster specific aspects of the Nouns ecosystem. From a **Co-working Zone** designed for collaboration and innovation, to a **Creative Zone** where art and technology merge, and an **Esports Zone** for gaming and competitive events.

The space will also host a dynamic lineup of events throughout the year, including **hackathons**, **conventions**, and **workshops**, each designed to enhance learning, networking, and community building.

**Login Experience:**

Login is a well-known bar and gaming hub in São Paulo, with a lively atmosphere and strong community ties. By partnering with Login, we are able to harness their established success and transform the venue into a new cultural and technological hub.

The partnership will preserve Login's operational expertise and its relationships with major brands like Monster, Ballantine's, and Heineken.

Keeping the connections and their business know-how will be crucial for successful Nouns integration, blending our innovative and community-focused vision with the existing successful business model.

The resulting strategic vision is to create a standout destination in the heart of São Paulo, promoting a unique blend of culture, technology, and social interaction.

The venue is located in São Paulo, Brazil. The 5th largest metropolis in the world, a global powerhouse renowned for its vast influence in finance, culture, and technology.

São Paulo stands as a pivotal business hub where many international corporations have their headquarters and where numerous innovative startups are born. The city's environment makes it an ideal location for Nouns Zone, attracting both local and international talent.

The chosen venue is strategically located in one of the city's premier neighborhoods, "Beco do Batman" attracting a significant volume of locals and visitors daily.

Nouns Zone will feature various areas, each tailored to foster creativity, collaboration, and community engagement:

**Creative Zone:**

This space is designed as a modular, public good collaborative area. The Creative Area will host a range of activities including:

- Web3 education and innovation workshops/meetups.
- Community and ecosystem gathering events.
- Web3 and gaming community meetups.
- Hackathons and IRL Prophouse pitches events.
- Project investment/grants sessions akin to Prop House.
- Art exhibitions showcasing community artists work.
- Artistic workshops and talks aimed at fostering creative content.

**Co-working Zone:**

The co-working area features collaborative workstations and meeting rooms available on a daily basis. This space is aimed at fostering new projects and teams, establishing the Nouns Zone as a reference center for innovation and collaboration.

**Content Creators Zone**:

- A Podcast studio with a Nounish backdrop.
- Host a new Nouns Centric Podcast (Special editions of cc0 podcast recorded here, toady)
- A live streaming zone with streaming booths for streamers.
- A small studio equipped with high-quality recording gear and a fixed Nouns backdrop, aimed at content creators who want to produce Web3, Nouns, and related content.

**Esports Zone:**

- High-tier PCs arranged in a 5x5 face-to-face layout, versatile for various activities:
- Hosting esports tournaments by Nouns Esports.
- Serving as a training bootcamp for Nouns Esports players.

### Events

Nouns Zone will count on year-round activations of the space, including workshops, hackathons, meetups, conferences, tounaments, among others.

We have laid out several events for the first year of operations, and we are kicking things of with a fully nounish focused event.

**Nouns Camp IRL - February 2025**

Nouns Camp IRL will be the very first solely dedicated Nouns event.

We are partnering with Krel and the team from Nouns Camp to bring 3 days of nounish vibes hosted at Nouns Zone

### Business Model
We are partnership with the experienced operators behind LoginEXP that have a proven track record and established guidelines which will enable us to construct a profitable business model.

**Revenue Streams:**

Our income is generated through both direct and indirect monetization of our physical spaces:

- **B2B Events:**

We plan to host corporate events, product launches, and professional meetups. These events provide a substantial revenue stream through venue hire fees and associated services.

- **Co-working Subscription:**

Daily, weekly, and monthly subscriptions will be available, catering to freelancers, remote workers, and small startups looking for flexible, creative workspaces.

- **Food & Beverage:**

Our venue will feature a café and bar offering a range of food and drinks, including items inspired by and directly tied to the Nouns ethos, like CC0 licensed products.

- **IRL Abstraction Wallet:**

We'll provide visitors a guide to create digital wallets at the entrance. This service will enable them to receive airdrops and participate in exclusive mints, generating revenue from partnerships and sponsorships.

**Existing Commitments:**

- $X USDC equivalent, representing the implied rent of a space of this size and location, for a two-year period. A massive cost-saving compared to starting a new space.
- $X in cash contributions from our partners, including LoginEXP and PlayDNA.

**Request from Nouns:**

We are requesting an additional $800K from Nouns to complete the funding necessary for this project. Together with our existing commitments, this budget will cover the following:

- Complete overhaul of the current Login EXP space;
- Operational costs for a minimum of 2 years;
