**The nounish community in Rio is one of the largest and most engaged in the world.**
We want to share stories of locals positively impacted by Nouns, showing the real-world benefits of crypto. These stories will inspire more people to explore web3 and use its power to transform their cities and enrich their neighbors' lives.
Our goals are to A) **create high-quality content** to tell great stories and attract a new audience, and B) identify and **fund two projects** from hyperlocal communities within this audience in Rio de Janeiro.

## Content Strategy
We will produce and share four ~5-minute short films on [Nouns in Rio's Instagram](https://www.instagram.com/nounsinrio/), each focusing on a community or citizen from Rio. Each film will expand into at least 12 static posts and 8 reels. We plan to release one story at a time, aiming to complete the project in four to six months.
Besides organic reach, we’ll have a budget for **paid media** and a traffic specialist on our team, dedicated to applying strategies to reach a much larger audience.

**Nouns Graffiti**
Nouns Graffiti is a nounish community founded in Rio by Josué JCS, the artist behind over 1,000 noggles graffiti pieces in Rio and São Paulo. Over the past year, he has gathered a group of street artists, transforming their lives through crypto and Nouns.
They'll be the focus of our first month's theme, with a short film already in production. Check out the teaser by clicking on the preview below!

**Gnars**
With over X% of the Gnars community being Brazilian and its epicenter in Rio, our short film will explore how Nouns is motivating and supporting athletes through Gnars, transforming the city itself and its citizens.
We will highlight how [Pharrá](https://x.com/aubtoshiOTG/status/1667531152750522368) developed the Nounstacle and how they successfully exported the project to X other cities worldwide, leveraging the power of cc0.

## 3rd and 4th films - New Stories (mudar nome)
Nouns Graffiti and Gnars are skyrocketing, so it's time to bring more communities on board and continue building Nouns in Rio.
To expand our impact, we will invite the audience to visit our website and share ideas on how Nouns can physically transform the city. This could include soccer court renovations, public libraries, community gardens, or any project that makes Rio more nounish and benefits its residents.
**Our team will select two of the most compelling ideas to fund, execute, and document.** These projects and their ideators will become the central themes for the following months, showcasing the tangible benefits of Nouns and crypto in everyday life.

## Team
**We are a collective of builders who have been proliferating Nouns in Rio for two years.**
Since August '22, we have organized the [first-ever nounish treasure hunt](https://x.com/NounsInRio/status/1574418495911219201), hosted a [nounish party](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pVol4JFZ3wA), conducted [social activations](https://x.com/NounsInRio/status/1606765831064588288), and created the [Prop House IRL](https://x.com/NounsInRio/status/1752864892552430045) experience, among many other activities, onboarding many new members into Nouns.
This project will be led by [Debinvest](https://x.com/debinvest), a prominent Brazilian nounish builder, and Paulo, the traffic specialist behind ['nounishbr'](https://www.instagram.com/nounishbr/reels/), **which gained 4,000 followers and over 600,000 views in less than 3 months.**

[JP](https://x.com/eusou_jp), one of the main nounish voices in Brazil, will oversee creative direction. Together, they'll assemble a creative team committed to delivering 4 short films, at least 84 social media posts, two new nounish stories in Rio, and millions of new eyeballs on Nouns.
## Budget
For at least 4 months of operations with a fully dedicated team to deliver 4 short films, at least 5 posts every week, and execute 2 community projects, we are asking for **64,350 USDC.**

## Success
We will consider this MVP successful if we build a solid and engaged audience with impressive metrics over the 4-month sprint. If successful, we will return to the DAO for an extended project.
Through this content, we aim to contribute to the movement that other nounish projects are driving on Instagram, sharing more Noggles and nounish stories with a wider audience.
