Hey everyone! [JP](https://twitter.com/eusou_jp) here 🤘 I'm submitting this proposal on behalf of [Josué Gonçalves](https://instagram.com/josue_jcs), a graffiti artist from Rio whom I onboarded to Nouns. The prize will proceed directly to the artist in case of funding.

In the hustle and bustle of everyday life in a big metropolis like Rio de Janeiro, exploring new creative initiatives through urban art helps people stay sane amidst the chaos of city life. Art serves as a communication tool, providing entertainment and subjective communication with observers, and does not always require purchase. Artists just need a place to exist, communicate and be part of.

Playing with a curious eye and the artistic existence, Josué's proposal is to **spread and perpetuate Noggles throughout Rio de Janeiro, transforming them into city heritage through graffiti panels.** Three distinct, colorful, and creative artistic panels will be placed in highly visible locations in the city, creating the beginning of a narrative of itinerant art that will spread throughout the city, bringing the nounish culture to society.


Yes! We'll be painting giant Noggles in front of Maracanã, one of the most iconic stadiums in the world. Josué is a graffiti artist since 2001, you can see some of his work below:
