Beta release plan

1. esp-hal, + esp-* crates releases (see https://hackmd.io/wJL4-5j6QMOqpXVZ-uUl-A#esp-hal)
2. tagging of all packages (for docs purposes)
   • I suggest we name all of them crate-v0.0.0, the current exception to this rule is esp-hal which just has v0.0.0, I think we should change that to be consistent with the rest
3. Run deploy docs on preview
4. Run deploy docs on production, provided above works well
5. Merge the PR that closes https://github.com/esp-rs/esp-generate/issues/128
6. Release esp-generate
7. Merge https://gitlab.espressif.cn:6688/espressif/developer-portal/-/merge_requests/30
8. Annouce to the world
9. ???
