# Sync call with Ferrous Systems & Tweede golf August 23

Busy on both sides.

## Prospects

Tweede golf:

- GAMA: work went well, but dev env setup on their side was not great. Possibility of future work. Hugo will keep Malwine posted.
- Lightyear: prolonged team augmentation. no embedded opportunities before nov '22.
- GMEX group: may want extended training that Ferrous could do. Hugo will get back whem there is progress.
- NTP project for Prossimo going smoothly

Ferrous:

- Working on permanent funding for open-source work
- Focus on larger companies to work for, not small startups. TG the same? No, TG likes to work for early startups, given there is funding, a challenging problem and good culture / tech people.

## Education

Rust course / Bratislava

- 15k of funding available
- Trying to raise about 30k
- Remaining part from Dutch universities
- Plan is the same: open-source material, making use of Ferrous training material
- Timeline: prepare okt-dec, run feb-may
- Decision to go ahead, within 2-3 weeks hopefully

- Joint remote/on-site training, ie Ferrous remote, TG on-site in the Netherlands
- Joint team augmentation, ie Ferrous training/consultancy, TG engineering/"training-on-the-job"
