# Amendments to EP4: Working Group Rules ### Background EP4 sets out Working Group Rules for the ENS DAO. Since EP4 was passed in December 2021, the DAO has: - adopted Working Group rules; - elected stewards for each of the four working groups; - distributed funds to each working group based on funding requests; and - onboarded each working group to Orca Protocol. It looks like there is enough interest in advancing Ben's proposal to introduce a cooling down period for the removal of working group stewards. This will require an amendment to EP4 (Working Group Rules). I think this is a good opportunity to discuss any other changes that need to be made to the Working Group Rules. If there are other changes, these can be put to a vote as a single proposal. I have set out possible amendments below, including Ben's cooling down period. I am interested in whether there are any other areas where changes can be made to the Working Group Rules. ### Suggested Amendments - Implement a 30 day cool down period for steward removals from working groups. - As suggested by Ben in this temp check. - Change the second Funding Window in the First Term from March to April. - Change the timing of Funding Windows to span an entire month rather than the last 15 days of a given window.
