# Updating the Orca Pods
Changes to the working group multi-sig should be performed in Orca.
- Pod membership is associated with an NFT.
- Although, you can make changes through the Gnosis UI, it will not update the membership NFT. **This results in a mismatch between the state of the multisig and Orca.**

## Logging into Orca
Log into your Pod's Orca profile and connect your wallet.

## Step 1 - Landing Page
Select the "Manage" button.


## Step 2 - Management Portal
Select the "Manage Members" button.

Click **"Next"** when complete.

## Step 3 - Select Role
Select your role. In most cases, this is "Member."

## Step 4 - Chose Action
Chose which action you are performing.
- **Mint Memember:** Adds a signer to the multisig and mints and NFT.
- **Burn Memember:** Removes a signer from the multisig and burns their NFT.

## Step 5 - Confirm Action
Comfirm the minting or burning.

This will prompt you to sign a message with your member wallet.

## Verifying Proposal
Your proposal to mint or burn a member will display on your landing page. All members can sign using this interface.


## Known Issues
- Only one transaction can be performed at a time.
- Page load time is slow.
- Multiple pages to navigate to perform one action.
- No "swap" member feature.
