**Liver/Pancreatic dz**: all get LFTs, CBC, BMP, PT/PTT

### Magnitude A
Coumadin use: **CBC**, **PT/PTT**
Renal disease(sCr>1.5): **BMP**
Cocaine, meth, methadone: **EKG**

### Magnitude B

Most will need at least a CBC
- Uro-gyn or ortho
- D&E
- History of blood transfusion
- Age >65 & 1+ comorbidity

OSA/COPD: **CBC**, **EKG**
Diabetics: **BMP**, **EKG**, (as well as A1c)
Recent chemo (30 days): **CBC**, **BMP**, **PT/PTT**
Cardiac Disease: **EKG**

### Magnitude C
**Everyone** needs:
- CBC, BMP, PT/PTT, T&S (within 60 days from DOS)
- EKG (within 1yr usually)

## Stress testing
> If gupta < 1% further cardiac workup NOT REQUIRED
If <4 METS

- If elevated (>1%) *strongly* consider stress testing
