### Treatment
1. first IV Cefepime
2. add IV Vanc after day 3
3. add IV Amphotericin after day 5

- with resolution peel in reverse order, 24hr at a time

- CXR
- UA, UCx
- BCx
- C. Diff
2. Neutropenic Diet, Neutropenic precautions
