We accept [Solid Webhook Notifications](https://github.com/solid/notifications/blob/main/webhook-subscription-2021.md). This will happen when one of our social peers updates Social Data Registration created for us. This should trigger update of data grants from any data authorization that includes data from that peer.

Also subscribing to that Social Agent Registraion which we discover (and mark as reciprocal from the one we create for them), should be moved as background job.
