# E Labs New Recruit Joining Protocol

Dear new-recruits,

Welcome aboard. You are the bearer of us for the next years. We are happy to find you among us. Please fill up the forms and perform the necessary objectives mentioned below.

- Join the official discord server at https://discord.gg/8MjM3ss5Pp
- Now fill up your details in https://forms.gle/n9UM8XFa2ibhxV456
- Once finished, fill up https://forms.gle/kJwkB4DXfwPnrbjHA with a good picture.
- Join the whatsapp group https://chat.whatsapp.com/FwRCfPZJKcsDVL8PqS72EF
- Provide a brief introduction about yourself

Once joined the Discord, time to change your nickname

- On the desktop app,
- Click on the E Labs server
- You will find your name on the right-side panel under the members
- Right-click on the top of your name
- Click on change nickname
- Give your proper full name otherwise you won't be assigned any roles
- On mobile application,
- Go to the E Labs server
- Swipe to open the members panel
- Go to your discord handle
- Press on Manage User
- Change your Nickname to a proper full name otherwise you won’t be assigned any roles
