# Mentoring / Look after App - Team members: Saki & Sevda --- # Project Set up: - Vite Tool - Kanban Board following an Aceptance Criteria. - Netlify Deployment. --- # Concept and Design: - Keep your fac member happy by giving them compliments, advising them or feeding them inpsired by the 90's hit game Tamagochi! --- ### Work Process - Came up with ideas based on less painful APIs. - Created Kanban with relevant issues and estimated times. - Set up and deployment with Vite and Netlify (according to instructions) - Did a Figma - Used React and Fetch workshop to build get Github user from the API - Built button components, querying Apis - Built timer/decrement score functionality - CSS/Readme --- # Design <img src="https://i.imgur.com/hNCRBVa.png" alt="tamagochi" width="500"/> --- ### What we learnt and still learning: - React - Implementing a timer ### Challenges: - Netlify deployment: - Design mobile first ! --- Demo: https://fac-tamagochi.netlify.app/ --- ## What we might have done...  --- - Have a bar instead of a score to show how many points you have - Have the buttons more interdependent on each other… like a tamagochi you can't just keep feeding it to make it happy, you might have to play a game with it, then feed it... so implement a scoring system that reflected that - Tamagochi is really a long game, so I guess a local storage system and a much longer timer ---
