# Summit 2024.1 - Takeaways from summit ## Registration form - Don't let the 'What company do you work for' be only free text. It makes it hard to group correctly when people spell out the same company names differently. Proposal: - 'What company/organization do you work for?' - Ericsson (incl consultants) - Axis (incl consultants) - Nasdaq (incl consultants) - Volvo (incl consultants) - Linköping University - Other: - Stating dinner availability and dietary restrictions is only relevant for in-person registrations. Could those be made dependent on the type of registration? - Should we ask remote participants to enter their timezone, so we can adjust the schedule according to their needs? - When registering using this years form, people don't get a confirmation unless they tick the box for sending a copy of their registration input. Due to that some people registered twice (at least four of them). Could there be a way to let people know they've already registered if they go to the form again? Or could we automatically send a confirmation for all added registrations automatically? - How can one change or withdraw a previous registration? We cannot, using the form as it is today. ## Feedback form results & reflections - [Form](https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSchC3g7x2wHB20oODFCwreqffujBPJEUnamFzPPEisGpqcqng/viewform) ## Sessions - Eiffel for beginners, intro - Eiffel for beginners, use cases - Panel: Effective collaboration strategies among diverse groups - Eiffel at Volvo - Signing of Eiffel events - Q&A - Alternative approaches to modeling Git submodules - Eiffel Collector - Filtering and Scaling of Eiffel - Contributing to Eiffel open source community - What's new for Eiffel next edition ## Other - Make sure the audio setup will work for Teams recordings. - During discussions/panels make sure nobody's screen is shared so that we can get a shot of the people.
