## Logistics
- When: 11-12 October
- Duration: Two days
- Location: Nasdaq Stockholm Office, Tullvaktsvägen 15, Stockholm
- Lunch provided by Nasdaq
- Dinner on each own expense
- One room for 30 p booked. Additional small room (max 8 p) can be booked on demand.

Lots of presentations and not so many discussions, even though we've said that the main point of in-person meetups is the ability to discuss things.

- 30 mins before would be good, to sort out technical issues. At least speakers.

## Planning
- Claes will set up meetings every second weeks for the planning
- We will set up a Google form for the sign up. Deadline for participants 30/9. Magnus will create a proposal and we will decide on it by mail.
- Web page to be updated before invite is sent out: https://eiffel-community.github.io/summit.html. Magnus will set up a first version of it.
- Invite to be sent out within a week.
- Call for presentations deadline 16/9.
