## Scribing
Encouraging newcomers might be difficult.
Some tips to better manage that:
- Explain the commands beforehand
- Say the whole group will help
## Captions
We should always enable captions:
- To help with language issues
- Allow people to catch up during the meeting (e.g. distracted for short time)
## Project Management
Multiple people has mentioned that they are using GitHub projects to manage various part of the work.
Note: Each group finds their own way. CSS has 3000 issues and 66 PRs, we do not. So our workflow can be simpler.
- Grouping set of work items or a deliverable into one project
- CSS Cascading Level 6: https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/projects/21
- CSS Cascading Level 5: https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/projects/15
- ePub FPWD: https://github.com/w3c/epub-specs/projects/1
- WECG Issue Management: https://github.com/orgs/w3c/projects/17/views/5
- Chair-related items: Could not find an example but one person mentioned that as a chair they look at one project to manage chair-related items from various TFs and deliverables :arrow_right: Can be used for discussions related to all WoT specs (editors' call)
- Agenda planning: https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/projects/39
- Others:
- JSON-LD Management: https://github.com/orgs/w3c/projects/4
- Policy Management: https://github.com/orgs/w3c/projects/23/views/1
## Other
- Distruption of discussion is not accepted: Item 14 at https://w3c.github.io/PWETF/#unacceptablebehavior
- "Translation on demand". In one of the groups, when there is an important decision/announcement, one person translates it quickly for those who are not proficient in English.
