Scribing
Encouraging newcomers might be difficult.
Some tips to better manage that:
- Explain the commands beforehand
- Say the whole group will help
Captions
We should always enable captions:
- To help with language issues
- Allow people to catch up during the meeting (e.g. distracted for short time)
Project Management
Multiple people has mentioned that they are using GitHub projects to manage various part of the work.
Note: Each group finds their own way. CSS has 3000 issues and 66 PRs, we do not. So our workflow can be simpler.
- Grouping set of work items or a deliverable into one project
- Chair-related items: Could not find an example but one person mentioned that as a chair they look at one project to manage chair-related items from various TFs and deliverables
