# Welcome to the Gather, Swarm! event *Please read this document for a better experience.* ## Event start The event will start at 18:00 CET. If you tune in before that, please kindly wait in the waiting room (the first room you entered) and enjoy the music and the company of other people at the event. The event should finish in one hour. After that, feel free to walk around and explore the world, meet new people, and have fun. ## Use your headphones The best way to experience the event is with your headphones on. That way you will have a better music experience. If you find the music too loud to interact with other people, use the “turn off music” option. You will find it in the left corner of the video player. Or simply move to a quiet area with no music. ## Quiet areas for talking Some areas of the map have music. If you want to talk in peace, please find areas without music. There is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy a chat with friends at the event. ## The event stream areas There are two areas where you can watch the event. Please visit them at 18:00 CET when the event starts. Area 1 – the YouTube theatre. You will find it in the second room to your left. Area 2 – the Stonehenge area. This area is projecting the event via Zoom. Both areas will project the same content. Choose the one you prefer and enjoy the event. ## Explore the map We have prepared a lot of interesting goodies for you to explore. Pro hint: there are some hidden rooms with interesting content. Can you find them? ## Interact with the objects When you approach an interactive object, you will see the option to interact with it. Stand in close proximity and press “X” on your keyboard. ## The Grantees stage Find the Grantees stage and click on the bees. Dive into Swarm’s ecosystem and learn about some of the Swarm use cases. ## Bar area with private spaces Visit the bar and make yourself comfortable in the private areas. Try to make some new friends too. ## Campsite Explore the campsite. There are plenty of interactive objects for you to explore. ## Find help with the Swarm team Last but not least … you can always approach Swarm team members and ask for help.
