- Demographic differences in relation to rental prices
- Can we make a prediction of future trends
- House prices vs renting prices
- What are the factors affecting prices:
- after covid people wanting more space
- more house sharers?
- Homelessness figures
- Did lots of landlords sell up the housing stock, no longer wanting to rent - related to covid, but also the airbnb effect
- How does sales frequency relate to rental availability
- Can we see whether the number of rooms per property has increased (because living rooms converted to bedrooms)
- Have the number of HMOs increased (dataset on licences issued?)
- Is the [room squeeze](https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2022-10-06/london-spare-room-rentals-squeezed-by-surge-in-tennant-demand-and-low-supply) chart really just tracking an upwards trend that was occuring, which was disrupted by Covid,so it's not really an unprecedented spike
