### Economikit Website

#### Hosting

- *Cost: Free*
- Editable [on Github](https://github.com/economikit-alliance/handbook) and via [HackMD organisation](https://hackmd.io/team/economikit-alliance)
- pospi and Siddharth are Github admins (able to publish the website)
- pospi and Siddharth are HackMD admins (able to invite new co-authors & collaborators)

#### DNS

- *Cost: $43/yr*
- Domain purchased via [Hover](https://www.hover.com). pospi manages the account
- SSL is done through Cloudflare at the DNS level, which is free. pospi manages the account.

### Economikit [Loomio group](https://www.loomio.org/g/ZB4d7VpJ/economikit)

* *Cost: $1/user/mo* (on a discounted rate)
* pospi and Siddharth are admins
* data can be periodically backed up via export functionality
* interested parties can request to join via Loomio
* Sub-groups:
* "Meetings and internal admin" is private, but all members of the collective should be added to it. pospi and Siddharth are admins.

### Telegram groups

* Economikit member updates
* pospi, Sid and Jean are admins. Nobody else can add new members.
* EK core stewards

### Document collaboration

- We co-author all our documents in Markdown in the same HackMD org [as for the website](#economikit-website).
- Some early works on Neighbourhoods live in the [Sacred Capital Google Drive](https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1dyVZwvIdfyPwGva02b5P4DfUTADcheuH).

### File sharing

* EK meeting recordings are shared on [MEGA.nz](https://mega.nz).
* Sid hosts the shared folder in his account, contact him to be provided with collaborator access.
* Following an invite, you can upload to the folder:
* via web UI; or
* Using the [MEGAsync client](https://mega.nz/sync). In *settings*, go to *Syncs* and *Add*. The shared folder should be visible at the top level in your list of *MEGA folder*s after clicking the *"choose"* button.

### Project management

- ZenHub is used for high-level task planning
- *Cost: $10/user/month*
- pospi and Siddharth are admins
- Michael Hueschen is a member
- Standard Github issues being driven by ZenHub can be used to manage detail-oriented contributors
