## 0. Website Deployment & Settings

### Re-deploy the Website

The shop will <span style="color: red; font-weight: 700;">NOT</span> be re-deployed/built when you change something in Shopify. You need to manual trigger deployment via Sanity.

If you change something in the VN Shopify Store and want to update JUST the VN website with the changes:
- Sanity -> Site Settings -> Toggle "Deploy VN Website" -> Publish

If you change something in the INT Shopify Store and want to update JUST the INT website with the changes:
- Sanity -> Site Settings -> Toggle "Deploy INT Website" -> Publish

If you change something in Sanity (except the deploy switches), both sites will be redeployed.

## 1. Staff

### Add/Remove Staff

Go to:
- https://prd-vn.myshopify.com/admin/settings/account (VN)
- https://prd-int.myshopify.com/admin/settings/account (GLOBAL)

Click `Add staff` to add staff.


## 2. Email

### Email Notification for Staff

Whenever a customer makes an order, an email will be sent to this email list.

To add or remove an email address, go to:
- https://prd-vn.myshopify.com/admin/settings/notifications (VN)
- https://prd-int.myshopify.com/admin/settings/notifications (GLOBAL)

Under `Staff order notifications`, click `Add recipient` to add an email, or the trash icon next to an email to remove it.

Whenever a customer makes an order, an email will be sent to their email address (if they enter.

## 3. Payment

Click `Edit` for the wanted method.

## 5. Shipping Rates

### VN Store:

Click "Manage rates"


Click "Add rate" to add a new condition (or click the 3 dots to edit).


Select "Add conditions" and choose "Based on order price".


Set up the min and max prices accordingly.
