Наше решение - CoNetRes. Это универсальный набор инструментов, open source design pattern, который помогает проявить и сопоставить имеющиеся ресурсы и потребности в местных сообществах. Как результат - возможность быстро адаптироваться к кризисным ситуациям, находя решения bottom-up. На базе программного обеспечения CoNetRes мы создаем веб приложение для сбора и визуализации данных, с применением методов социальной кибернетики. Мы ставим акцент на конфиденциальность, low-tech решения и доступность в эксплуатации. We believe there are **developers in the open-source community** who see the value of such a software, will find the use for it and contribute to the development. 2. We are open for **sponsorship** and all kind of **donations**. 3. When we have a *MVP*, an *enthusiastic team* and *clear future plans*, we can undertake a **crowd-sourcing** campaign, or even an ICO/IPO. 4.
