## 👤 About Me
**Name:** Anita Baradic
**Background:**I live in in the small island Silba ( near Zadar) in Croatia. I've been gratuated in Zagreb, Croatia - master degree degree in physical geography with geoecology.

**Interests:** Science - field geography, music - I'm playing guitar and piano. In free time I do workshops with children and seniors.

**Goals:** I would like to create a sustanable local group who will collaborate and to do workshops ( digital technologies for solving programs and minimize the environmental impact), dance workshops, music workshops, cultural and science workshops.

### 📖 Week 1: Information and data literacy
**🗂 What I Learned:**

I learned about rural areas of Citilab by Narcís Vives. They showed the ways how to promote rural life through new technologies. The included young people to all their projects. They shared some ideas for interactive learning games. Working with a young people who faced with an educational system that fails, low academic education or they were invisible in high school.
Prototyping - education, service with young people. The community learn them how to work in team by doing models together ect. Also they have been learned how to impove the digital skills (they had limited digital skills) and all project it is dedicated to reseaching and reflecting.
Building games - manual work learning - time and plan the project session ( with goal planning you can improvise).

### 📖 Week 2: Digital tehnonogies for rapid prototayping

**🗂 What I Learned:**

The local community gave a young people education and job opportunities, workshops that helps professional paths. Living labs -> multiplies participantes. Training seniors on the different tools and skills to make them more activate. Seniorlab - canva, chat Gpt, local library (topics - envorment, history).

With creation of ideas they focus on innovation.
Digital and fisical world can provide together.
Sum of Talent + Knowledge + Passion = success

### 📖 Week 3: Information and data literacy

**🗂 What I Learned:**

Children and elder in rural areas face challenges. With knowledge thay can earies use potencial in they rural area. It is important to to listen to the residents proposals, have periodical meeting, offer the team support and follow with a work done. It is necessary to chose one Lct - local community trainer that is availabile to collabate during the project. In rural area it is imortant to promote local as agritourism or using geolocation technology.

**💡 Reflection:**

If we do a little changes in the local community, we can see a huge change in the whole area after few years
People are the epicentres of co- creation process.
