# MPL AMA Questions 12th April
## Questions
1. Can you give us an overview of what you have been doing?
> Everything focused on Phase 1. Explain Phase 1 again. (CT to lead)
2. What can you tell us about the creative process you are doing through now?
> UI/UX team hired and working from MAKE ASSOCIATES, want to take the best of web2 and bring that to web3. Don't want to shortcut. That means we have to make difficult choices on where/how we spend creative time. As we move into the run-up to bootcamp, expect alot more stuff going public etc. as we ramp up the marketing. Unfortunately time/resources are not unlimited (EN to lead)
> Explain what MAKE are working us on (EN to lead)
3. What is Mars going to be like?
> Talk about the map, say broader team got a sneak peek. Share the concept/idea. Maybe give some verbal sneak peeks. Show a very small sneak peek (EN to lead)
4. Mananging Inflationary Pressure - Tokenomics
> Approach to sinks and modelling of this. Want to create significant burn demand in ecosystem to manage this (CT to lead)
5. Value of higher skill-tier players
> We have heard the concerns, but do want to reiterate that holding higher skill tier players will providing continuing benefits in the Mars Universe. To that end, we are open to a number of suggestions such as higher token accural, but we have not made a decision there because the implications are complex. In the shorter term through Phase One and Two - we have made the following decisions:
> Players at the end of each of the Phase 1 will be locked and the data stored - linked to the L1 player. Those players will be redeemable (or you can choose not to redeem) for Phase 2 with the same stats etc. that you left them with. Why? Firstly given some of the novel on-chain stuff we are doing this gives us a sandbox to test and if any exploitation happens a way to resolve it quickly. Secondly, as we move toward full game release (at which point these will be persistant), we will be able to demonstrate the value of L1 higher-skill tier players to you - giving you ongoing confidence that holding an outstanding/god-like player will remain of value to you.
