**1 oz** bourbon whiskey

> shake with ice about 10 sec
## Whiskey Sour
some egg white
**1.5 oz** bourbon whiskey
**0.75 oz** lemon juice
**0.5 oz** rich demerara syrup

> dry shake about 10 sec
> add ice & shake about 10 sec

**3 drops** Angostura Aromatic **Bitters** and **lemon oil** for garnish

**1.5 oz** brandy
**1 oz** triple sec

> shake with ice about 10 sec

## Gin Fizz

> add soda water on the top
> stir once

> add soda water at the bottom

***Allen提拉米蘇 ver***
蛋白
**1.5 oz** 棕色萊姆酒
**0.5 oz** 咖啡利口酒
**1 oz** 鮮奶油
**1 oz** 糖漿
**1 oz** 綠檸檬汁
**1 oz** 現萃咖啡

**2 drops** 橙花水

氣泡水與酒體混合加入杯中
