3. -> Object Storage -> “Cloud Object Storage” screen - Create button
3. Cloud Object Storage
4. -> Buckets ->
5. Create Buckets
6. -> Custom bucket: set name and location
5. Upload qcow2 cloud image to the bucket. (before this resize your qcow to 100GB , qemu-img resize Fedora-Cloud-Base-35-20211029.n.0.s390x.qcow2 200G)qemu-img info Fedora-Cloud-Base-35-20211029.n.0.s390x.qcow2 (download from https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org/compose/branched/latest-Fedora-35/compose/Cloud/s390x/images/)
Manage -> Access (IAM) -> Authorizations -> Create:
Source service: “VPC Infrastracture Services”
Check “Resources based on selected attributes”
Check “Resource type”: “Image Service for VPC”
Target Service: “Cloud Object Storage”
Create Custom Image Instance
Create Virtual Server Instance

Also can be created through SDK script.
