Subject: Updated registry location for Fedora CoreOS OSTree Native Container

We have a container that can be used for deriving custom builds of Fedora CoreOS
and previously we were hosting it in a temporary location at
https://quay.io/repository/coreos-assembler/fcos. We've now completed the
migration [1] to its final location at https://quay.io/repository/fedora/fedora-coreos.

We have updated all of the examples in the CoreOS Layering Examples repo [2] to use
the new location. If you are using this container for any reason please update your
references to use the new location. The old location will be removed after October 2022.
