## GOALS

* Develop the MVP by 11/04
* Develop the final product by 12/13
* Increase proficiency in implemented technologies
* Increase proficiency in collaborating with a team to build a useful, functional application
* Enter YCombinator*
* Gain seed funding*

## EXPECTATIONS
> What do we expect of one another in regard to attendance at meetings, participation, frequency of communication, the quality of work, etc.?

* Communication Method: Discord
* Weekly Synchronous Meeting Time: Thursday 1:10pm-3pm
* Availability for 1-2 extra meetings during MVP and Final week
* Expected number of hours of work per week: ~4-7
* Very loose expectation as long as consistent progress is made (measured by PR commits and comments/ discussions)
* Equal split of work between members

## POLICIES & PROCEDURES
> What rules can we agree on to help us meet our goals and expectations?
> What are our expectations for conduct among team members?

* Consistent communication and contribution on Github & Discord
* Keeping the [Github Project Task Tracker](https://github.com/taradactyl27/StudyBuddy/projects/1) updated with progress/updates
* Civil, solution-focused discussions on PRs

## CONSEQUENCES
> How will we address non-performance in regard to these goals, expectations, policies and procedures?
> How will we address conflict?

Failure to comply with the above expectations, policies, and procedures may result in:

* 1:1 or Group Intervention Meetings (in cases of smaller conflicts)
* Escalation to the professor (in cases where there is a consistent issue with a nonresponsive team member)
* Excommunication
* Death*
