## Introducing WaveRadar ### Introduction There aren't really any great tools for understanding the historical Spot EC2 price for the 600+ instances available on AWS, especially not across regions and availability zones. To solve this, we have created **WaveRadar**, an interactive dashboard. WaveRadar can assist you in making informed decisions when selecting AWS EC2 instances and regions for product description = Linux/UNIX. Using WaveRadar, you can lookup EC2 spot price history and compare today's spot/on-demand prices for different instances across all regions and availability zones. ### How to access To access WaveRadar, follow these simple steps: 1. [Sign up](https://www.mmcloud.io/customer/register) for an MMCloud account (completely free) and sign in. 3. Navigate to [dashboard_link](https://www.mmcloud.io/wave-radar). ### Screenshots of WaveRadar *region optimizer tab* ![](https://hackmd.io/_uploads/HysT_bWkT.png) *visualize/download data tab* ![](https://hackmd.io/_uploads/rJQxY-ZyT.png) ### Example use cases 1.
