# Workspace Introduction
You can manage all the notes easily in your (team) workspace.

## What buttons are in the sidebar?

1. Pin / Unpin sidebar
2. Switching workspace
3. Notification center
4. Search keyword or tag
5. Displaying all folder
## What can I do with the sidebar?
1. Create new [**folder**](/@docs/folder-en)

2. When you click on a folder name in the sidebar, the bench will show you all the objects in the folder.

3. Drag and drop to move a folder to a specific location or change the order.

4. Drag and move folders or notes from the Bench.

5. When you create a folder from the sidebar, the system creates it as the first level of the folder.
Ex. If you want to create a new folder within the ==Folder A==, click on the “+ Folder” icon to the right of the ==Folder A==.

You can also create folders in empty state.

### Keyword searching
You can use the search box to find notes that contain specific keywords.

#### What is full-text search?
In the free version, the search is limited to the title and tags of the note.

## Bench
On the right side of the workspace is the Bench, where notes and folders are displayed.
Display the files the way you're used to, and use the filters to find your target notes!
### Create notes
Click the circled “Create Note” to create a note directly at the current folder.

### Toggle Note Display
You can switch the notes to “List/Grid” view.

### Select Notes
When you select a file, a toolbar appears at the top of the bench.
If you click directly on the checkboxes in the toolbar, all files in the screen will be selected; clicking the checkboxes again will deselect them.

### Filtering Notes
You can filter the notes displayed by tag and also include conditional filters “And / Or”.
Folders and tags are great tools to help you manage your notes! Be sure to make use of them.
