建立您的團隊

您可以點擊側邊欄右上方的 ，在下拉選單中找到 新增新團隊 輸入您的團隊名稱、團隊描述（非必填）、團隊網址，並選擇團隊的隱私性，就可以建立團隊。

在團隊建立完成後，您可以在團隊空間右方的 選單裡開啟 團隊設定 修改團隊基本資料。

團隊類型

依照專案需求，您可以建立開放團隊及私有團隊，私有團隊有進階的付費方案。

開放團隊 免費私有團隊 付費私有團隊
公開發表 僅限公開發表 可選 可選
筆記權限 完全公開 預設僅成員可閱讀與編輯 預設僅成員可閱讀與編輯
上傳圖片 上傳到 imgur 上傳到 imgur 上傳到私有的 S3
成員上限 無上限 3 名成員 無上限

管理團隊成員

1. 新增成員

您可以點選團隊名稱右方的 ，選擇 團隊設定 或點擊兩次 進入團隊成員介面，的選項，進入 團隊成員 的選單，即可透過使用者名稱或使用者 Email 來新增成員。

2. 管理成員權限

3. 刪除團隊成員

在團隊成員選單中，您可以點擊列表最右方的 垃圾桶圖示 以刪除團隊成員。

4. 離開團隊

如果您不是團隊擁有者，可以在團隊名稱右方的 選單中，前往 團隊設定 再離開團隊。

如果您是團隊擁有者，則無法離開您所擁有的團隊，必須刪除此團隊、或 轉移團隊的所有權 給其他管理員才能離開。

刪除團隊

您可以點選團隊名稱右方的 ，選擇 團隊設定 的選項，進入一般設定。

在一般設定的最下方，點選 刪除團隊 輸入團隊名稱後即可完成刪除；若您的團隊正在訂閱期間，是不能夠被刪除的。

注意：
一旦刪除團隊，團隊內的筆記會被刪除，而且無法回復。請確認您已匯出或轉移筆記。

另外，您可以在側邊欄左下角的個人帳號選單中，選擇 我參與的團隊 的選項，進入管理頁面。
您可以在此頁看到所有您所參與的團隊，以及您在此團隊中的權限角色。

團隊公開頁的左側會顯示此團隊的相關資訊，包含 團隊名稱、團隊類型、團隊描述與團隊建立時間
另外，左下方會顯示此團隊的成員與社群參與者，但是私有團隊對外不會顯示這兩項資訊
