Murphys Boxing returns to Encore Boston Harbor

Encore Boston Harbor is proud to announce the return of Murphys Boxing on Thursday, 9 April in the Picasso Ballroom.

Headlining the stacked card will be the pride of Stoneham, Massachusetts, Greg Vendetti (22-3-1, 12 KOs) who will take on Los Angeles-based contender, Cleotis Pendarvis (21-5-2, 6 KOs).

'The Villain', one of the most popular fighters in the Boston area, headlined Murphys Boxing's sold out Encore Boston Harbor debut last summer and looked outstanding in an exciting unanimous decision victory over fellow world ranked contender, Michael Anderson. Prior to that, Vendetti upset world title challenger, Yoshihiro Kamegai before challenging for the WBA Interim World Junior Middleweight title against Michel Soro in France.

"My last fight at Encore was one of the most electric crowds I've ever fought in front of," said Vendetti. "To return again in the main event for their first fight of 2020 is an honor and I'm ready to put on another show in front of all my fans and friends."
