Proposal: Quarterly releases / retrospective approach
e.g.
Q1 2021 -> 3.9
End of Q1 -> freeze
Check what’s available
Merge in anything that’s been approved
Q2 2021 Release -> 3.10
…..
Unscheduled Releases -> e.g. bug fix -> 3.x.x
