### key motivations
- support artists in their first on-chain experiments
- help protect artists from the pitfalls of wallet security by setting them up in a safe **community-backed sandbox** that they can leave to go fully self-sovereign at any time
- afford some **insurance** for hacked accounts to help re-establish their motivation and begin creating again
- to **onboard the next 10,000 creatives** with the hope of demonstrating the transformative power in decentralisd technology for their creative practices

- to hold workshops and 101s that aim to educate and better prepare those for the future they hope to build with these new technologies
- blog (mirror): a place for us (and guest writers) to create content and be rewarded for the quality of that content directly - grownership
- to publish quarterly zines and deliver to those invested (example: morbid books, dooby zine, cartoonist kayfabe etc.)
- reciprocal social economy: in-server currency for artist and community favours (?)
- not shilling but supporting

## long long term:
- set up a new educational insitution
- set up a network of creative hubs around the world where artists can meet, display and share physical work
- connect art institutions that already exist locally into a wider framework of cooperation and self-supporting governance
- host artist residencies in these carma studios
- run events to engage with people on the ground
- nurture a creative substrate that will generate passive revenue for holistic experiments well into the future

- community recovery wallet: a re-seeding fund for people bouncing back from having their funds drained
- a shared first wallet with secure access and freedom to exit at any time based on mulit-sig ownership - safer from compromises for newcomers as they experiment and learn and then have easy exit from once confident enough to go self-sovereign (crucial that creatives have access to exactly what they earnt at any time (gnosis sub-safes?))
