  • 如何面對問題？

    1. 識別問題本質，找出根本原因(root cause, key driver, ley lever)
    2. 釐清因果關係
    3. 找到解決問題的sweet spot; 從解方中的深淺層找到兼具影響力和可行性的選擇

  • 解決問題的方法

    1. 得到Insight; 檢查是否有客戶不知道的「突破性」以及是否有針對客戶獨特需求的「針對性」，以檢視是否對客戶有附加價值
    2. 由「批判思考」的態度、「邏輯思考」的架構、「假說思考」的速度來進行「問題解決方法」的執行
      • 對當下狀況時時保持：Is it true?, So what?, Why so?的態度
      • 好的假說具有針對性(specific), 驅動性(actionable), 可證性(provable)

  • 金字塔原理梳理思維

    1. 訊息式的說明; S+V+O
    2. 「意見」在上，「事實」在下;
      • 某人的主觀認知
      • 某人的主觀觀察
      • 公開資訊及研究報告
      • 根據問卷及統計方式得到的一般化事實

Introduction of Watermark in Security Applications

Date : 2023-02-03 Take away 浮水印，是指將特定的資訊嵌入數位訊號中，數位訊號可能是音訊、圖片或是影片等，分為浮現及隱蔽兩種。隱藏式的浮水印是以數位資料的方式加入音訊、圖片或影片中，但在一般的狀況下無法被看見。隱藏式浮水印的重要應用之一是保護著作權，期望能藉此避免或阻止數位媒體未經授權的複製和拷貝。隱寫術（Steganography）也是數位浮水印的一種應用，雙方可利用隱藏在數位訊號中的資訊進行溝通。數位相片中的註釋資料能記錄相片拍攝的時間、使用的光圈和快門，甚至是相機的廠牌等資訊，這也是數位浮水印的應用之一。某些檔案格式可以包含這些稱為「metadata」的額外資訊。 Summary 浮水印技術主要應用在本次專案構想中的安全通訊，作為軟體版本更新前的替代方式。透過外部的資料庫連接，加上浮水印加密技術於不同應用程式間的存取，能夠確保取得的資訊內容之真實性，保護資訊安全中的資料完整性。 Note 相同的浮水印加密技術除了應用在軟體的資訊溝通，也能應用在其他不同的媒介(如: 文字、聲音、硬體、微波等)

Introduction of streaming video recognition

Date : 2023-01-27 Take away 與電腦視覺相關應用最常使用的套件為openCV，YOLO則是在圖形辨識領域的開源深度學習模型，由Joseph Redmon開發訓練，openCV也提供了引用YOLO模型相關的界接API。 Summary 在5G應用其中一個特色為能夠傳輸超大頻寬，高清影像傳送便是其中一種途徑，在佈建5G專網同時若能夠借用此特性加以運用能夠為專網提供更多可能。本實驗針對圖形辨識為主題，套用openCV套件，並引用其中已經訓練好的YOLO模型進行辨識。從選用YOLO3開始；其底層為作者自行開發的Darknet架構，已能夠提供基本的辨識功能，優點為較通用的學習架構如tensorflow輕巧。最新一代模型為2023/1月發佈的YOLO8，以tensorflow為架構，能夠待應用成熟後更新辨識模型，或者自行訓練專網專用的辨識模型如於製造過程。 Note Install library

Introduction of hologram

Date : 2023-01-20 Take away 全息投影技術（front-projected holographic display）也稱虛擬成像技術，利用干涉和衍射原理記錄並再現物體真實的三維圖像的技術。 Summary 全息投影技術由英國匈牙利裔物理學家丹尼斯·蓋伯於1947年發明，起初用於電子顯微技術中，在這個領域中被稱為電子全息投影技術，但一直到 1960年雷射光的發明後，全息投影才取得了實質性的進展。著名應用場景包含演唱會、遠端手術等。 Note 全息投影技術本質就是實現三維圖像的記錄和再現。記錄，利用干涉原理記錄物體光波信息。一般的三維圖只是在二維的平面上通過構圖及色彩明暗變化實現人眼的三維錯覺，而全息影像則包含了被記錄物體的尺寸、形狀、亮度和對比度等信息。觀眾可以通過多角度來觀看圖像在不同角度的形態變化，就像有個真實的物體在那裡一樣。當然，現在的技術已經不再局限於記錄真實的影像，還可以製作完全虛擬的三維數字影像。
